iNET is a project that BGS
is co-operating with Techmation-Taiwan. With this project, plastic
injection machines can be connected to the computer network system.
Through the application on the PC's, the machines can be monitored with
plenty of real-time data.
Other than being able to view general
data of all machines, users can view the detailed data of a specific
machine as well.
Eg.: Mold name, shot count, current
process, cycle time, pressures, temperatures etc.
Also, the data that has been captured
from the machines is stored on a database. Therefore plenty of
reports or graphics about the production of the machines in a time
range can be acquired.
