The monorail system (EMS) is expected to transport various plastic parts and all the tools and equipment between BEKO and Beplas.

The system is driven via PLC Control Software on the low-level. BGS developed a software solution for the management of EMS providing the information flow between two plants. The software builds the transportation plans based on the manufacturing plans. The SAP Integration provides the software with actual manufacturing data. Any instant modification in the manufacturing plans is transferred to the terminals located in the plastics plant immediately so that the whole system is monitored 24/7.
